Unable to Add/Remove/Delete Learners

Problem

I’d like to delete learners from Motive but I cannot find the settings to do so. When I look at the Learners screen in Launch there is no ability to delete them.

Solution

Check the following suggestions in order:

1. Only individuals with the Identity Organization Admin can delete Learners. This is done in the Manage Organization area. You can find instructions here.
