Definition
The Identity Organization Admin permission is a super administrator of an organization. Gives the ability to add users, assign roles and configure single-sign on for the organization.
Steps to Grant Permission
Only users with the Identity Organization Admin role can complete these steps
1. Login to Motive
2. Click “Manage Organization”
3. Click “Organization” tab on the left
4. Click the edit icon for the appropriate user
5. Go to “Roles” and click the dropdown
6. Choose IDENTITY_ORGANIZATION_ADMIN
7. Click outside the box
8. Submit
9. Repeat (as needed) for every Organization the user should have this role for
