Definition
A Learner is an individual at your Organization that has been assigned VR training to complete.
Anatomy
In this area you can view and add Learners.
To Access Learners:
1. In Launch, choose your Organization if more than one
2. Open the appropriate Launch Space
3. Click “Users”
4. Click “Learners”

5. Add a new Learner:
When you choose the "Add" option, you will see something that looks like this:
Add Existing Users: These are other users in your Organization that have not yet been given the Learner permission, as well as any outside individuals given Team access. In this example, we have individuals from the Lakeview Organization and the Motive Organization. To add an existing user, click the checkmark next to their name and click "Add". You will then find them in the original Learner view.
Create New Users: If the individual you want to add as a Learner has never been added to your Organization, you must have the Identity Organization Admin permission to do so :
6. Refresh the list after you make a change
7. Delete a learner from the Organization
8. Select Multiple Learners to delete them in bulk:
