Unable to Authenticate VR Device

Problem

I’m attempting to use my VR device to run my Scenario but I’m unable to authenticate my device.

Solution

Check the following suggestions in order:

  1. The first step would be to go through the authentication steps in detail one more time. First, identify if your device is pointed at Launch or Storyflow. You’ll see this when you open the scenario:

2. Then follow the instructions here - It must be pointed to Storyflow, not Launch.

Per the instructions, you must get the authentication number from the headset and then enter them in the Storyflow Project you want to connect. When you click on the checkmark after entering the number in Storyflow, you will see a confirmation message in Storyflow. If you see an error message, please provide this to support.
