Unable to Create a Scenario

Problem
I am trying to create a Scenario but I’m unable to do so. I’ve clicked the “Create” button but then the screen to create a Scenario does not appear:

Solution
Check the following suggestions in order:
Navigate to the Catalogs tab and search for the “Script Directory Item” Catalog. If it doesn’t exist, follow these steps to create one:
Click “Create”
Click “Create a New Catalog”
Under “Select a Type”, start typing Script Directory Item and then choose it from the list:
Name the Catalog - Script Directory Item
Click “Create”
You will now see the Catalog in the list:
f. Go back to the “Scenarios” tab
g. Create a new Scenario (you may need to refresh to have the change pull in)
You will now be able to create a Scenario:
This issue may occur when:
The Script Directory Item Catalog is deleted; or
When a Project is created if you choose “Auto Generate Default Catalogs”.
