Problem

I’ve created a backup of my Storyflow Project but I’m not able to restore it.

Solution

Check the following suggestions in order:

  1. Check where your Backup was created. It must be created under the “Backup” tab, not the “Bundle” tab.

  2. Check where you are trying to do the restoration. It must be under the “Backup” tab, not the “Bundle” tab.

  3. Do not click the Backup/Bundle/Restore button multiple times

  4. Wait 5 minutes then refresh your browser and check again

  5. Ensure you have the correct permissions - example: you cannot Restore Backups without the Workspace Permission “Admin” ( see this article)
