Learners are the users completing the training. A learner must first be created in the Hub, through “Manage Organization”. Once the learner is created here, the learner will appear in the Learners tab on Launch.
Create a Learner
Only individuals with the Identity Organization Admin permission can complete these steps
1. Login to Motive
2. Choose Manage Organization
3. Click on Organization tab on the left
4. Click Add New
5. Enter the email into the email field
6. Click Submit
You will now see the learner added to the Organization Members list:
7. Click the edit icon to the right of the learner’s name
8. Click the dropdown under Roles
9. Choose LAUNCH_LEARNER from the list
10. Click outside the box
11. Click Submit
Now when you view the Learners tab in Launch, you will see the Learner noted:
