About Agents

All Intents and keywords are tied to an Agent. The Agent is the part of the system that is processing the language and determining keyphrase and Intent matches. An Agent is tied to a specific language. Typically a project only needs one Agent (unless there are multiple languages being used). Each keyphrase and Intent catalog needs to be connected to an Agent.

How Do You Create an Agent?

1. Navigate to the AI section of the dashboard

2. Click the “Agents” tab and then “Create”
