Note: There are Collaborators within Launch, as described below and Collaborators within Storyflow described here. These may be the same or different individuals depending on the permissions given.

Definition

An individual with permission to manage content within a Launch space(s).

If you recall, within the Launch you must have one Launch Space, but you can set up several Launch Spaces. Users in your organization that will be using the Launch, must first be added as a User in the Manage Organization area with either the Launch Organization Admin or Member permission. Then those Users can be added as Collaborators to one or more Launch Spaces:

While a list of collaborators can be seen by both Admin and Members in the Home area, the Collaborators area can only be seen with the permission of the Launch Organization Admin. This is where an admin will view and manage collaborators in the space.

Anatomy

To Access Collaborators:

1. Choose the Organization, if more than one

2, Choose the Launch Space

3, Click “Users”

4. Click “Collaborators”

Collaborators Actions:

5. Add Collaborators

6. Search for a specific Collaborator

7. In the “Roles” dropdown you can designate either an Admin or a Member permission level for this particular Launch Space

8. Remove a Collaborator from this space
