Definitions
Platform | Permission Name | Definition |

Storyflow | Storyflow Organization Member | Gives the user the ability to access Storyflow and be added to spaces to create training content. |
Permissions
Only individuals with the Identity Organization Admin permission can see and manage Organization settings. There is no member level permission.
Add Admin Permission
Only users with the Identity Organization Admin role can complete these steps
1. Login to Motive
You should be viewing the HUB area that displays the areas you have permissions to access. This can include Launch, Storyflow and Manage Organization. In the example below, we are logged into the account for the company Lakeview Inc. and the individual accessing HUB has permissions for all three areas:

2. Click Manage Organization
3. Click Organization tab on the left
4. Click the edit icon for the appropriate user
5. Go to Roles and click the dropdown
6. Choose IDENTITY_ORGANIZATION_ADMIN
7. Click outside the box
8. Submit
9. Repeat (as needed) for every Organization the user should have this role for
If you are already logged into Motive, you can switch between Storyflow, Launch and Manage Organization by clicking on your initial in the top right corner. To navigate to Manage Organization, select Hub and then select Manage Organization.
Launch Permissions
As a company, you can have one instance of Launch. Within that instance, you can have several organizations (though this may not be typical) and within each Organization you can have distinct Spaces. User membership and permissions for the Organization and Space levels can be assigned and controlled by individuals with the Launch Organization Admin permission.
Add Organization Level Launch Roles/Permissions
Only users with the Identity Organization Admin role can complete these steps
1. Login to Motive

Add Space Level Launch Roles/Permissions
Only users with the Launch Organization Admin role can complete these steps

2. To access Launch, click on your initial in the top right corner and select Launch.

3. Click Admin on left panel
4. Choose the appropriate space
5. Go to Collaborators
6. Under Roles click the dropdown arrow
7. Choose the appropriate Role
8. Repeat (as needed) for every Space the user should have this role for

Storyflow Permissions
There are two permissions available for Storyflow:
Storyflow Organization Admin: An administrator of the Storyflow service. They are able to manage and assign roles for spaces within Storyflow.
Storyflow Organization Member: Gives the user the ability to access Storyflow and to be added to spaces to create training content.
First, the permissions must be granted in the Manage Organization area. Then, users with the Storyflow Organization Admin permission are able to manage and assign roles for workspaces within Storyflow.
Workspaces in Storyflow are different than Spaces in Launch. Click the links to learn more.
Add Storyflow Permissions
Only users with the Identity Organization Admin role can complete these steps

Once a user has the Storyflow Organization Admin permission, they can follow these steps to manage the space:
1. Navigate to Storyflow by clicking on their initial in the top right corner and selecting Storyflow.
2. Select Organization
3. Choose Administration on the left
4. Click on the Collaborators area for the Workspace you want to manage
5. Next to the user’s name, choose the Author option
6. Click outside the box to save
Now this individual will have access to edit the Projects for this Storyflow Workspace
