Scenario Field Definitions
Deep Learning on Scenarios is found in Motive Academy. Click here to see the course this lesson is in.
Let’s review the Anatomy of what we see when we open a Scenario from the Main Dashboard in Storyflow:
A. Script: This is the Script linked to the Scenario. A Scenario cannot run without a Script linked and only one Script may be linked at a time (though you can launch other Scripts through one Script, i.e.: Director Script).
B. Title: This is your title of the Scenario. The learner sees this when they log into the headset and choose the Scenario.
C. Description: Brief description of the Scenario being created. Helpful when multiple authors will be working on a Project.
D. Order: The order in which the Scenarios will display in the headset menu. (0 = top)
E. Status: The status of your Scenario – is manually set by you, the author. The status can be changed at any time. Defaults to “Draft”.
There are several options for Status:
Draft – A scenario that is currently being reviewed.
Development – A scenario that is currently being worked on/edited.
Published – A scenario that is or has been exported as a bundle for distribution and creation of Storyflow Content in Launch.
Retired – A scenario that is no longer in use, but you do not want to delete.
