1. Click on the Media tab
2. Click on Upload
3. Click on the field to open your computer's files or drag and drop content in. You will see a progress bar to indicate status. In the event that a file with the same name exists, you will see a notification with next steps.
If you want to use the Media in a script, ensure it is in a Catalog.
