Let’s take a look at everything you see in Administration. First, access the admin area:

  • Open Storyflow

  • Select the Organization that you want to access the Storyflow Administration for:

  • On the left hand side of the screen, click “Administration”.

Components of Storyflow Admin

1. Organization: This is the Organization you chose when you opened Storyflow. You will typically have one, but there could be more. Always ensure you are in the space that you want to view/edit.

2. and 3. Workspaces: This is the title of your Workspace(s). Each Workspace is managed separately.

4. Collaborators: Individuals given access to a Workspace. They make up the Team that is working on authoring and/or administering content.

5. Features: The feature specs of the Motive version used when setting up this Workspace.
