Bundle Types
Upload Bundle: In Storyflow you can download a published version of the training via project bundle in a .zip file at the Bundles tab. This content is static once bundled and will not change. This is the most stable way to distribute completed content.
Storyflow Connection: Here you can give specific values for a Storyflow project where you are using the live Storyflow project as opposed to a bundle. A bundle is a snapshot in time, of the scenarios created in the project. After a bundle has been uploaded and the learners are going through it, you can continue to edit the Storyflow project without changing what the learners are going through. Please contact Motive staff for more information on using this feature.
External Bundle: This is the same outcome as the Upload Bundle option, but if you have an on-premise version of Storyflow, and you have a network location where you want to put the bundle, then use this option.
Steps to upload Bundle Content
Only individuals with the Launch Admin or Member permissions can complete these steps
Login to Motive
You should be viewing the HUB area that displays the areas you have permissions to access. This can include Launch, Storyflow and Manage Organization. In the example below, we are logged into the account for the company Lakeview Inc. and the individual accessing HUB has permissions for all three areas:
Note: If you do not see an image similar to the above, click on your initials on the top right of the screen and choose HUB.
