Problem

I’m trying to log in to Motive but I’m not able to. I can’t get past the login screen.

Potential Error Messages:

Unable to retrieve login details for this Organization

Solution

Check the following suggestions in order:

  1. Ensure you are using the correct URL. Most often it should be https://cloud.motive.io/is/ but on occasion, your organization may be given a different URL to use.

  2. Ensure you are typing in the correct Organization using lower case letters with no spaces before or after the Organization name.

  3. Check the email you are using and ensure that it is the one associated with your Motive account and that it is using lower case letters with no spaces before or after the email.

  4. Check the password you are using and ensure that it is case sensitive and there are no spaces before or after the password.

  5. Reset the password by clicking on “Forgot Password” on the login screen and follow the instructions.
