Overview

This article describes how to create a backup of a Storyflow project and how to use that backup to restore the project contents in a new Storyflow Project.

Steps

These steps are the same shown in the video above.

  1. Go to your Storyflow project and click the Backups tab.

  2. Enter a Name for your project backup and click the Backup button. Once complete, your Storyflow project Backup will be listed in the Backups section.

  3. Click on the three dots next to the name of your Storyflow Backup and select Download.

  4. Open your new, empty Storyflow project and click on the Backups tab.

  5. Click the Restore button. Drag the Storyflow Backup into the drop zone. Once the backup is selected, the process will automatically start. This may take some time depending on the size of the backup.

Instead of using drag and drop, you can also click in the drop zone, navigate and select the backup file.

6. Once complete, close the Restore Project window and refresh the browser.

7. After the refresh, you can click the various tabs to see that your project has been restored.
