Before you can give people in your Organization permissions, or assign training to Learners, you must add them through Manage Organization.

Create Organization Members
Only individuals with the Identity Organization Admin permission can complete these steps
Login to Motive
You should be viewing the HUB area that displays the areas you have permission to access. This can include Launch, Storyflow, and Manage Organization. In the example below, we are logged into the account for the company Lakeview Inc. and the individual accessing HUB has permissions for all three areas:
Note: If you do not see an image similar to the above, click on your initials on the top right of the screen and choose HUB.
2. Select Manage Organization
3. Click on Organization tab on the left
4. Click Add New
5. Enter the email into the email field:
6. Click Submit
You will now see the learner added to the Organization Members list:
Assign Permissions
To then assign Roles/Permissions:
Click the edit icon to the right of the learner’s name
Click the dropdown under Roles
Choose the appropriate Role:
Click outside the box
Click Submit
