Before you can give people in your Organization permissions, or assign training to Learners, you must add them through Manage Organization.
Create Organization Members
Only individuals with the Identity Organization Admin permission can complete these steps
Login to Motive
Select Manage Organization
Click on Organization tab on the left
Click Add New
Enter the email into the email field
Click Submit
You will now see the learner added to the Organization Members list:
To then assign Roles/Permissions:
Click the edit icon to the right of the learner’s name
Click the dropdown under Roles
Choose the appropriate Role
Click outside the box
Click Submit
