Hub

Identity Organization Admin

A super administrator of an organization. Gives the ability to add users, assign roles and configure single-sign on for the organization.

Launch

Launch Organization Admin

An administrator of the Launch service. They are able to manage and assign roles for spaces within Launch.

Launch Organization Member

Gives the user the ability to access Launch and be added to spaces to configure and monitor training content.

Launch Learner

A learner in the organization. They are able to view and start only their own training content.

Storyflow

Storyflow Organization Admin

An administrator the Storyflow service. They are able to manage and assign roles for spaces within Storyflow.

Storyflow Organization Member

Gives the user the ability to access Storyflow and be added to spaces to create training content.

Hub Permissions

Only individuals with the Identity Organization Admin permission can see and manage Hub settings. There is no member level permission.

Add Hub Admin Permission

Only users with the Identity Organization Admin role can complete these steps

1. Log into Hub

2. Choose the appropriate organization from the dropdown at the top of the left menu if there is more than one

3. Click Organization

4. Click the edit icon for the appropriate user

5. Go to Roles and click the dropdown

6. Choose IDENTITY_ORGANIZATION_ADMIN

7. Click outside the box

8. Submit

9. Repeat (as needed) for every Organization the user should have this role for

Launch Permissions

As a company, you can have one instance of Launch. Within that instance, you can have several organizations (though this may not be typical) and within each Organization you can have distinct Spaces. User membership and permissions for the Organization and Space levels can be assigned and controlled by individuals with the Launch Organization Admin permission.

Add Organization Level Launch Roles/Permissions

Only users with the Identity Organization Admin role can complete these steps

1. Log into Hub

2. Choose the appropriate organization from the dropdown at the top of the left menu if there is more than one

3. Click Organization

4. Click the edit icon for the appropriate user

5. Go to Roles and click the dropdown

6. Choose the appropriate permission from the list

7. Click outside the box

8. Submit

9. Repeat (as needed) for every Organization the user should have this role for

Add Space Level Launch Roles/Permissions

Only users with the Launch Organization Admin role can complete these steps

1. Log into Launch

2. Choose the appropriate organization from the top dropdown if more than one

3. Click Admin on left panel

4. Choose the appropriate space

5. Go to Collaborators

6. Under Roles click the dropdown arrow

7. Choose the appropriate Role

8. Repeat (as needed) for every Space the user should have this role for

Storyflow Permissions

There are two permissions available for Storyflow:

Storyflow Organization Admin: An administrator the Storyflow service. They are able to manage and assign roles for spaces within Storyflow.
