Permissions to Access

Note

You must have the Storyflow Organization Admin Permission to view and edit in the Admin area. To learn more about Permissions, check out this article.

  1. Open Storyflow

  2. Select the Organization

  • On the left hand side of the screen, click “Administration”.

Components

A. Organization: This is the Organization you chose when you opened Storyflow. You will typically have one, but there could be more. Always ensure you are in the space that you want to view/edit.

2B. and 3C. Workspaces: This is the title of your Workspace(s). Each Workspace is managed separately.

4D. Collaborators: Individuals given access to a Workspace. They make up the Team that is working on authoring and/or administering content.

5E. Features: The feature specs of the Motive version used when setting up this Workspace.
