Before you can give people in your Organization users permissions, or assign training to Learners, you must add them through Manage Organizationyou need to add them as users to your Organization.
Users include Administrators of your Motive account, Authors and Assemblers that will be building content, and learners that will go through the training in the VR headset.
You can add users individually, or in bulk using a .csv import.

Adding Users Individually
Login to Motive
You should be viewing the HUB area that displays the areas you have permission to access. This can include Launch, Storyflow, and Manage Organization. In the example below, we are logged into the account for the company Lakeview Inc. and the individual accessing HUB has permissions for all three areas:

Go to the Manage Organization

4. Click Add New
5. Enter the email into the email field:

You will now see the learner added to the Organization Members list:

Adding Users in Bulk
Within the Manage Organization area, you can Import or Export users in .csv format.
Prepare a .csv with the headers for email and name:
