Video Playback Options (Vimeo)

Motive Support uses Vimeo to host and play all of our Motive Academy and Motive Knowledgebase videos. Here are some options that you can take advantage of when viewing our videos.

Closed Captions

All videos have CCs in English. To turn them on, click the “CC” icon in the playbar and choose “English”:

Transcript

You have the ability to view written transcript along side of the video. To do so, click the icon in the playbar. You can also search for words in the transcript:

Quality

The highest quality for videos is 1080p. If your video appears blurry, click on the Settings icon:

Choose “Quality”, then choose the 1080p option:

Speed

Sometimes, learners would like the play the videos faster or slower. First, click on the Settings icon:

Then choose “Speed”. Now choose the speed you’d like to play the video at. The options above “Normal” will slow the video down, while the options below “Normal” will speed it up:

Fullscreen

To make the video fullscreen, click on the icon in the playbar. If you do not see this icon, Motive Staff will add a link to take you to Vimeo where you are able to use this option.
