Problem
I’m attempting to use my VR device to run my Scenario but I’m unable to authenticate my device.
Solution
Check the following suggestions in order:
The first step would be to go through the authentication steps in detail one more time. First, identify if your device is pointed at Launch or Storyflow. You’ll see this when you open the scenario:
