In this video, you will learn how to create specific types of Scenarios that may come in handy when you are testing and authoring.

Create a Guided Mode Steps:

  • Step 1: Create a new Script called “Global Variables”

  • Step 2: Create a new Boolean Variable called “Guided”

  • Step 3: Create a new Script called “Scenario Mode”

  • Step 4: Add Events to Responses

  • Step 5: Create Branches based on the learner’s selection

  • Step 6: Set the “Guided” Variable in these frames

  • Step 7: Create a “Mode Selected” Event

Make Instructions Optional Steps:

  • Step 1 (#8 in video): Add a Condition to the Audio Introduction frame in the Lab Setup Script 

  • Step 2 (#9 in video): Move the Put Away Beakers frame
