Definition

A dashboard of the Launch Space where you can quickly view and access training statistics, Learners, and Collaborators.

Anatomy

To Access Home:

1. Choose Organization, if more than one

2. Choose Launch Space

3. Click “Home”

Home Actions:

4. Training Overview allows you to quickly see the number of learners in the space and how many sessions have been completed

5. Use the View Sessions/Learners link to jump to that area of Launch

6. Learners List will show you the Learners that have been added within the Organization space of Manage Organization

7. Search for a specific Learner

8. Use the Sessions link to jump to the Sessions breakdown for that Learner

9. Collaborators list will show you the Collaborators that have access to manage content in this Launch Space

10. Search for a specific Collaborator

11. Under the role dropdown an Admin for the Launch Space can change the role for the Collaborator

12. Remove a Collaborator for this particular Launch Space
