Content/Contenu … Upload Bundle/Télécharger Lot … StoryFlow Connection/Connexion StoryFlow … External Bundle: In Storyflow you can download a published version of the training via project bundle in a .zip file at the Bundles tab. This content is static once bundled and will not change. This is the most stable way to distribute completed content.

Storyflow Connection: Here you can give specific values for a Storyflow project where you are using the live Storyflow project as opposed to a bundle. A bundle is a snapshot in time, of the scenarios created in the project. After a bundle has been uploaded and the learners are going through it, you can continue to edit the Storyflow project without changing what the learners are going through. Please contact Motive staff for more information on using this feature.

External Bundle: This is the same outcome as the Upload Bundle option, but if you have an on-premise version of Storyflow, and you have a network location where you want to put the bundle, then use this option.

Steps to upload Bundle Content

1. Login to Motive, or switch from Hub or Launch to Storyflow by clicking on your initial in the top right corner and selecting “Storyflow”.

2. Open the appropriate Project

3. Ensure the Scenario has a status of Published/Lot Externe

Télécharger Lot : Dans StoryFlow, vous pouvez télécharger une version publiée de la formation par le biais d’un lot de projet dans un fichier .zip sous l’onglet Lots. Ce contenu est statique une fois regroupé dan un lot et ne changera pas. C’est la façon la plus stable de distribuer le contenu complété.

Connexion Storyflow : Vous pouvez ici donner des valeurs spécifiques à un projet Storyflow lorsque vous utilisez un projet Storyflow en direct plutôt qu’un lot. Un lot est l'équivalent d’une photo des scénarios créés dans le projet, prise à un moment précis. Une fois le lot téléchargé et que les apprenants le passent en revue, vous pouvez continuer à éditer le projet Storyflow sans changer ce que les apprenants voient. Veuillez communiquer avec le personnel de Motive pour de plus amples informations sur cette fonctionnalité.

Lot Externe : La résultante de cette option est la même que “Télécharger Lot”. Cependant, si vous avez une version de Storyflow sur site, et que vous désirez déposer le lot dans un emplacement réseau, utilisez cette option.

Étapes à suivre pour télécharger un Contenu de Lot

1. Connectez-vous à Motive,ou passez de Carrefour ou Launch à Storyflow en cliquant sur vos initiales dans le coin supérieur droit et en sélectionnant “Storyflow”.

2. Ouvrez le Project désiré

3. Assurez-vous que le Scenario a un statut Publié :
